Head to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number or email address, set a secure password and fill in the basic personal details requested. First, wait at least 30 minutes as delays can occasionally happen during busy periods. If the deduction shows on JazzCash but your 365pak balance has not updated, take a screenshot of the JazzCash transaction showing the reference number, date, time and amount, and send it to the 365pak support team via live chat. If a cricket match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result, most match-winner bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. The cash-out feature is available on selected markets and allows you to settle your bet early for a guaranteed return that reflects the current state of the match. The offered cash-out value changes dynamically as the match progresses. You will see a cash-out button on your open bets panel when the feature is active for that particular market. Not all cricket markets or matches have cash-out enabled — availability depends on the event and the specific bet type you have placed.

A handicap bet levels the playing field between a strong favourite and an underdog. For example, if Pakistan are heavy favourites against a weaker side, a handicap might give that side a virtual head start — say, 30 runs. If you bet on Pakistan with a -30 handicap, they need to win by more than 30 runs for your bet to win. Handicap markets are particularly popular in T20 matches and can offer better value on the favourite compared to a simple match-winner market.
